How to Use the Web Version of this Publication

Welcome to the Web version of this resource.  In addition to the full text of the printed version, the Web version offers some additional features which are explained below. 

Navigation

At the top of each section, you will see the following menu bar.  By clicking your mouse on the options contained in the Go to section, you may jump to that section. In addition to the header at the top each section, the currently selected menu bar option will be bold and in red.

This menu bar will also appear throughout each section, allowing you to navigate without returning to the top of the section.

Translation Options
