International

regulations, customs and practices whish constitute discrimination

Ethics

Expression
- Everyone shall have the right
to freedom of expression; this freedom shall include freedom to seek,
receive and impart information and ideas of all kinds, regardless
of frontiers, either orally, in writing or in print, in the form of
art, or through any other media of his choice (ICCPR Article 19)

Fair
- Everyone is entitled in full
equality to a fair and public hearing by an independent and impartial
tribunal, in the determination of his rights and obligations and of
any criminal charge against him (UDHR Article 10)

courts and tribunals. In the determination of any criminal charge
against him, or of his rights and obligations in suit at law, everyone
shall be entitled to a fair and public hearing by a competent, independent
and impartial tribunal established by law (ICCPR Article 14)
Health
- Every individual shall have the
right to enjoy the best attainable state of physical and mental health
(AC Article 16,1)
- States Parties shall take the
necessary measures to protect the health of their people and to ensure
that they receive medical attention when they are sick (AC Article
16,2)

Interference
- No one shall be subjected to
arbitrary or unlawful interference with his privacy, family, home
or correspondence, nor unlawful attacks on his honor and reputation

Life

Rehabilitation

the victim of an act of torture obtains redress and has an enforceable

Torture
