SPOT Tracker
This GPS tracker provides web-based Location Tracking with 10 second updates, sends OK and Emergency messages, and has a 911 button. Works on the GlobalStar satellite network.

Tracer 3P
Tracer 3P sends GPS position, speed, and heading information to keep track of your personnel. The Portable enclosure is designed specifically for carrying on your person, in your pack, or on your canoe. It provides a rugged, water-tight, battery-powered package for personal applications. It even floats. Tracer 3P includes everything you need for tracking people and assets: hardware, setup to our message server, airtime plans and web-based mapping.

uDig GIS

Wikimapia is a freely editable map of the world and is similar to OpenStreetMap.

WorldKit
WorldKit is a free, easy to use and flexible mapping application for the web.

ZeeMaps
ZeeMaps creates maps from imported CSV files.
