Staff Update
Victoria Baxter joined the SHRP staff in May to coordinate casework and the
Clearinghouse of Information on Scientific and Academic Travel between Cuba
and the US. Previously, she worked for the law firm of Weil, Gotshal & Manges,
where she researched sanctions regulations. Victoria has a BA in International
Peace and Conflict Resolution from American University and a long history of
human rights activism and research.
